The purpose of this qualification is to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge and practical skills required by employees to work in a range of business environments and to build a pathway for advanced business studies.

Learners will also develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administration tasks, such as communication, office and financial administration, human resource support and data management.
